SHIPPING
We endeavor to process your order within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Orders may take longer to ship during peak season & promotional periods. Domestic orders are shipped through USPS or UPS from our studio in Portland, Oregon(you can choose the courier and speed of transit delivery at checkout) and International orders can ship through USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipment charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and final destination of the order. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer though we are happy to provide a pre-paid return shipping label (the cost of which will be deducted from your store credit as it applies.)

Returns & Exchanges
Use the contact form to request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please reference your order number and the full name used on your order to help expedite the process.
We only accept returns for products in new, unworn condition with all original tags still attached. All returns must be received back in the same condition in which they were sent, free of signs of wear, damage, alterations, odors, or other indications of use. All returned items will be carefully reviewed upon receipt and accepted at our sole discretion.
First-Time Orders
We understand that finding your perfect fit may take a little time. For your first order with us, eligible items may be returned for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund, provided they meet all return eligibility requirements outlined above. Our goal is to help you find the sizing and fit that works best for you within our collection.
For the purposes of this policy, a first-time order is defined as the first order placed by a customer under the same first and last name and shipped to the same mailing address, regardless of the email address used to place the order. We reserve the right to determine first-order eligibility at our sole discretion.
Standard Returns
For all orders after your first purchase, approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credits will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders returned that were originally purchased using Shop Pay or Affirm installment payments will be subject to a service fee equal to 10% of the item cost.EXCHANGES
Use the contact form to request an exchange within 14 Days of Delivery. You can only exchange for the same product in a different size, please note we will not do exchanges for a different product. If you would like to exchange for a different product, your request will be treated like a return and you will be issued store credit. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
STORE CREDIT
For first-time orders, eligible returns may be approved for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund, provided all return requirements are met. A first-time order is defined as the first order placed by a customer under the same first and last name and shipped to the same mailing address, regardless of the email address used to place the order. We reserve the right to determine first-order eligibility at our sole discretion.
For all subsequent orders, approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit is issued only for the cost of returned items and does not include original shipping fees. Store credit will be issued to the account used for the original purchase.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. A 10% service fee applies to reactivate or reissue expired store credit. Effective January 1, 2026, orders placed using store credit are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
GIFT CARDS
As part of our commitment to minimizing waste, our gift cards are only offered in digital format. When you purchase a gift card, it will be sent directly to the email address you provided during checkout. You have the flexibility to either forward the digital gift card to your intended recipient with ease, or if you prefer a physical copy, you can open the email and print out the gift card for a more traditional presentation.
LOST SHIPMENT
All of our packages are shipped with tracking. Once a parcel departs from our studio, our access to information regarding its whereabouts is on par with yours. In instances of a misplaced, missing, or stolen parcel, as the recipient, you possess a greater capacity to facilitate its recovery by directly engaging with the carrier. They can subsequently liaise with the delivery driver on your specific route to expedite the search process. Your prompt communication with the carrier is often the most effective approach to resolving such situations efficiently. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We're sorry, but we do not accept order cancellations. When receiving your order, you may request to return it for store credit. We kindly ask you to shop thoughtfully and be a conscientious consumer. Take a moment to peruse and comprehend our policies, and don't hesitate to ask any questions before making your purchase.
FINAL SALE
All items purchased during a promotional sale or are discounted at 25% off or more are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Any items that explicitly note "final sale" in the product listing are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. Unapproved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
