This is the perfect chemise that fits underneath most of my dresses. I love how versatile it is, I can also wear it as is. The quality is top notch and I can tell the amount of detail that went into its production. You don’t see items made like this these days and I appreciate the attention to detail of the lace trim. The chemise these days are made of polyester reminiscent of my moms 80’s work wear with half slip skirts in nude or black and minimal lace. Or they’re like skims squeezing you in so tightly. This chemise allows me to breathe while still looking feminine and chic in this summer heat. I also appreciate the sizing based on my measurements, truly takes out the guess work of will this fit me or not? I went based off of my bust size and it fit me perfectly.
It is difficult to find a good slip so I was very happy to come across this one. I bought it initially to wear with my emmeline dress but have since worn it with many more of my slightly sheer vintage dresses. When it warms up a bit, I plan to wear it with skirts and as a nightgown as well!
